How to order: four steps for buyers
This page describes what buyers are asked to confirm, not a company process claim. Every step is written as a buyer action.
Step 1 — Name the job and the site
State the device type you need, the site environment (for example oil depot, chemical plant or pipeline route), the quantity and the target market. The category pages and the comparison guide help narrow the device type before you write.
Step 2 — Confirm the configuration
Check the model's detail page for the parameters its own source published. Where a parameter is missing — for example the operating system on Ex Tablet10 — confirm it in your quote request instead of assuming it. Do not carry a parameter from one model to another.
Step 3 — Confirm scope and terms
Confirm MOQ and lead time in your quote request. Confirm certification scope and marking for your target market before ordering. Confirm the model availability for your site before ordering. Certificates available upon request.
Step 4 — Send site requirements
Use the contact page form with your device type, quantity, operating environment and target market. The sales team can then confirm which listed configuration matches your site.
